Eugène Grasset (1845-1917) was a Swiss-French artist and designer known for his contributions to the art of Art Nouveau. He was a significant figure in the Arts and Crafts movement and influenced the designs of many renowned artists and designers of his time. Grasset was a master of lithography and produced a variety of graphics, posters, book illustrations, and decorations for architecture and interiors. He also worked as a teacher, influencing a new generation of designers and artists.
