With great excitement, the birdwatchers stood watching the beautiful kites. A few came quite close and so a rare opportunity arose to capture them properly. The bird spends most of its life in the sky. Alpine vulture swallows breed in colonies in mountains from southern Europe to the Himalayas. That we witnessed so many at once was amazing to me.
