I took this photo in the arkermheen polder near Nijkerk. I saw these flowers blooming in a reed bed along the road, they hardly stood out among the reeds. I don't know what kind of flower it is, but I liked to photograph it. Because it is a nature reserve, there are more plants among the reeds as you can see. Arkermheen is one of the oldest polders in the Netherlands. I used a 55-300mm lens for this photo instead of a macro lens, it was some distance from the road.
