I took this photo on the Hulshorsterzand near the village of Hulshorst in the municipality of Nunspeet. This sand drift is located between Harderwijk and Nunspeet on the Veluwe. When I took the photo, it had snowed a day before so there was a thin layer of snow. I chose this photo as an overview photo to show this winter landscape. To take this photo I used a polarisation filter and a tripod so you can also see the veil clouds, it was otherwise a beautiful morning when I took this photo. Furthermore, I was at a viewpoint on top of a high dune which gave me this view. If you look closely, you can see a few people walking in the snow in the distance.
