I took this panorama photo on the Wadden island of Schiermonnikoog. This panorama consists of several standing photos that I put together in photoshop. Besides the overgrown dunes, you can also see a dune pan with bare sand in the dunes, the grass on the dunes is the well-known beach grass that you often see in coastal areas with dunes. Scattered across this dune landscape are also some shrubs that do well on the sand with salty sea air. When I took the photos for this panorama, I was standing on a German bunker from the Second World War with nice views. As you can see, you have a nice view over the dunes towards the North Sea. It was a dry overcast day when I took the photos for this panorama.
