About "Rabbit makes himself tall."

About the artwork

This beautiful grey-brown wild rabbit (Oryctolagus cuniculus, aka European rabbit) enjoys seeds and blades of grass in a clearing in nature. This rabbit is constantly alert to sounds or movements in its surroundings. As soon as danger threatens, this rabbit flees or, if there are several rabbits in the vicinity, the rabbit will stampede. This stomping is done with brute force and makes dull loud bangs that the other rabbits hear or feel via the ground. These wild rabbits are beautiful to see and if you are very quiet you can see how social they are and often scour the places together for tasty morsels. They have very nice dense fur that allows them to just walk in the rain without their skin getting wet. Large dark eyes on the side of their head so they can also see a particle diagonally behind them. This specimen is an adult over a year old, maximum a wild rabbit can live to be 9 years old but usually it is over after a few years. A wild rabbit has a tough life and many enemies.
I can intensely enjoy watching these special little animals and observing how they move about, interact with each other and how they eat with their little noses moving back and forth.
This rabbit stretched out to grab a nice blade of grass.
