I took this photo during the tulip festival in the Northeast Polder in Flevoland. The tulip field where I took this photo was a field of red tulips where there were a few yellow tulips. I used a 55-300mm telephoto zoom lens for this photo to get somewhat close to the yellow tulip. I chose to pick 1 yellow tulip because of its contrast with the red tulips. Furthermore, I used a low viewpoint so that you can see that the yellow tulip is just above the red tulips. You can see a dyke in the background, something the Netherlands is famous for.
