I took this photo in the Harderbroek near Zeewolde in the province of Flevoland. This nature reserve is home to many bird species including this one in the photo, I just don't know what species it is. I heard this little bird earlier than I saw it. When I took this photo, it was beautiful sunny spring weather. I used a telephoto lens for this photo to get a normal view of the bird, and I chose to take this photo in a 4-by-3 format even though it looks almost square. Even though there were no leaves on the tree, it was like spring.
