I took this photo of a crocus in the backyard where it was blooming in a pot. I chose to make a close-up of this purple crocus flower, so it didn't turn into a macro photo even though it looks like one. If you look closely, you can see veins in the petals. The focus of this photo is actually on the yellow pistil. In the background you can still see the green of the other crocuses. For this photo I chose to make it portrait and also to adjust the ratio to 3:4, as it's all about the pistil in the flower.
