I took this photo of 2 swans on dike of the Polder Arkemheen near Nijkerk. This oldest polder in the Netherlands has many meadow birds nesting, and as it is also located along the border lakes, several swans also sit/fly there. The swans in the photo are mute swans. I was lucky that these 2 swans flew by fairly low and fairly close, still needing my 55-300mm telephoto lens to capture them. I did choose to output this photo in 16:9 aspect ratio. By the way, it wasn't 100% sunny when I took this photo either, you can still see some shadows on these 2 flying swans.
