I took this photo of the pink flowers of a rhododendron in the backyard where this plant is in a pot. I chose this photo to photograph some of the flowers of this rhododendron. It did become more of a close-up, you can even see the stamens and pistils. As you can see, the sun was shining when I took this photo, but if you look more closely you can still see raindrops on some of the flowers. I chose to take this photo standing up, and I also used an 85mm macro lens. I also used a reflection screen to lighten the shadows. I just don't know which rhododendron species it is, but it is an early flowering species.
