About "The coast of Brittany"

About the artwork

A vast rock formation on the Brittany coast is exposed during low tide. Scattered across the surface are dark mussel colonies, firmly attached to the weathered stone. The jagged texture of the rock contrasts with the smooth surface of the shells.

Behind the rocks, the Atlantic Ocean stretches out under a slightly cloudy sky. In the distance, the rolling hills of the mainland are visible, with forests, cliffs and small coves.

The tides have a visible influence here: algae and seaweed hang in tufts among the mussels, and small pools of seawater remain among the rocks. This landscape shows the transition between land and sea, between stillness and movement.

The colours are natural and saturated: sandy stone, deep blue water, dark shells. This shot shows how dynamic and rich life is in the tidal zone, even at a seemingly quiet moment.

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers, mainly UPS and DHL (Depending on the country where it is delivered, this may vary). Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
