In the afternoon, the mountainous landscape of Sinai is bathed in a soft, golden light. The sun slowly sinks behind the mountains and hangs over the horizon like a veil. Layer by layer, the silhouette of the mountains unfolds, each with its own shape, like waves of stone in a still sea. The light gradually spreads over the rocks, but leaves the depths still shrouded in mystery. The silence here is palpable, almost sacred. This is a place that invites reflection, listening to what is often drowned out in the everyday.
Sinai is more than a geographical place; it is a place full of symbolism, of ancient stories and spiritual significance. At the same time, the landscape is pure and rugged, shaped by wind, time and emptiness. An encounter with this desert is one that lingers, precisely because of its simplicity.
