About "Gold and silver, art of cane plumes"

About the artwork

It was pure magic at the Zevenhuizerplas on February 1, 2025. The morning sun illuminated all the frozen drops on the reed plumes. With the right lens, this allowed me to capture a unique image.

The colours silver, gold and taupe are totally contemporary. These warm shades can be found in almost every interior and silver is also back. You can also combine these colours perfectly! You can see that in this photo.

The area near Zevenhuizen is unique for the many special birds that live there. You will always find photographers there, looking for that one, unique picture. They are often busy finding a unique species of bird. As a result, they sometimes overlook the most beautiful pictures. The focus is simply on birds in this amazing area.

It was my bad luck and my good fortune that there were virtually no birds present on that Saturday morning. I had got up early for the first time ever and really wanted to take some nice pictures. So I looked for alternative and this is the result. They are the most beautiful nature photos's I have ever taken. I am very proud of them and some will also be hanging in our home.

Very active in photography since a few years and applying more and more creativity here. I like to photograph women in combination with flowers or leaves. I also like photographing in nature. Birds and other animals, close-ups and dogs or cats.

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
