I took this photo in the centre of Harderwijk, I was photographing myself on the Boulevard. When the Vischpoort was built, where I was standing was the Zuiderzee and at the gate itself you had a sea bridge/rigger where ships could moor. Next to the famous Vischpoort, you can also see a piece of city wall that is covered, it is more of a seawall than a defensive work. This photo is an HDR consisting of 5 photos with different exposures that I merged afterwards. As you can see, the weather was nice when I took the 5 photos for this HDR, you can see the blue sky with some veil clouds. You can see from the trees rising above the city wall that it was already autumn when I took this HDR, as it is the autumn colours that you see on the trees. I did choose to make this portrait photo in 3-by-4 ratio.
