I took this photo with sheep on the Ermelose Heide, a heathland area in the Veluwe. The heather was blooming purple at the time the photo was taken, something you can see in the background. You can see that there is even a small patch of grass on this heathland area where the sheep were grazing when I took this photo. The sheep in the photo are Veluws heideschaap and belong to the Ermelo sheep flock. As such, you often see sheep walking around on the heath. I chose to take the photo in widescreen(16:9) format.
