This is what the artist sees in the motif:
Male figures kneel before a central figure.
The wings that these "men" wear, however, give them the status of fallen angels.
As a matter of principle, I refrain from depicting my angels without gender.
Everything we see, everything we give ourselves and our descendants in the way of stories,
comes from us. Out of us! We are a part of this story and it is a part of us. So why shouldn't there also be male angels? My fallen messengers of God within my early picture worlds have wings and genders in equal measure!
The central, golden angel is by no means the devil!
devil! Rather, he represents a vision. Something that needs to be achieved.
Of course they know about your nature:
These creatures internalise good and evil with the same naturalness as we humans.
However, the stages hold out the prospect of development! Perhaps these angels can tread a path that will lead them out of their apparent guilt?

We humans in particular should understand this and accept our nature with similar self-confidence! We are who we are! And we too
have the opportunity to bring ourselves a little closer to the light!
