A stream in the Belgian Ardennes, near Durbuy. The moss-covered stones exude tranquillity.
The movement of the stream was given extra attention by slowing down the shutter speed of the camera. This gives you that soft, flowy feel.
In post-processing, I made sure the colours are balanced and nothing gets more attention than the other.
It was during this trip that my husband and I realised we needed to move from our previous home. Durbuy and its surroundings were so peaceful and quiet; if you live like this, you'll never need another holiday. And so, shortly after this trip, we started looking for another property. This one we found, in a very practical location. On the outskirts of Rotterdam, near Zuidplas, in a green, quiet neighbourhood surrounded by nature.

Very active in photography since a few years and applying more and more creativity here. I like to photograph women in combination with flowers or leaves. I also like photographing in nature. Birds and other animals, close-ups and dogs or cats.
