About "Elephant trio"

About the artwork

This unique painting is part of my long series entitled ELEPHANTS. The painting was created in 2016 and was slightly altered in 2024. In addition to the naturalistic depiction of three elephants, I added what I think is a very attractive addition to the surface with golden round areas that have a slight sheen (depending on the incidence of light). These dots symbolise the sand of the savannahs through which the elephants wander to ensure their survival.
? The elephant symbolises dignity, wisdom and intelligence. A power animal and very social. Elephants have trunks and are the largest living land animals on earth today. They live in herds and are very social animals.
Unfortunately, elephants in the wild are threatened with extinction, mainly due to poaching and habitat destruction by humans, climate change and other threats. The greed for ivory continues unabated, especially on the Asian market. There are only around 400,000 specimens left in Africa, which is alarming. When you buy one of my pictures, I donate to elephant conservation projects.

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers, mainly UPS and DHL (Depending on the country where it is delivered, this may vary). Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
