I took this photo with a bush between the trees in the Strokel forest near Harderwijk. When I took this photo it was autumn so the leaves were discoloured. This shrub caught my eye because the sun was shining on it and the forest behind it was a bit darker. I took this photo standing up so you can see the white trunks of 2 birches. I don't know what kind of shrub it is, but it is one that drops its leaves in autumn. The jellied leaves in the sunlight do contrast nicely with the dark background. It is just a pity that the leaves were more yellow coloured instead of orange/red. I used a telephoto lens for this photo so that I could get the ze bush in the picture better.
