I took this photo of a path through a deciduous forest near Biddinghuizen in the province of Flevoland. This new nature in the polder was created after the second world war. When I took this picture it was January so the ground was quite wet, it was also somewhat misty. The forest is mainly deciduous, what kind of deciduous trees there are I do not know exactly. For this photo I chose to convert it to black and white, as there was not much color in the forest. The choice to take this photo in portrait mode is to emphasize the height of the trees.
