This photo was made in Haarlem.
The Teylershofje was founded in 1787 from the legacy of Pieter Teyler van der Hulst, a treasure-rich Haarlemmer who did silk.
It was designed by architect Leendert Viervant.
A special feature of the design is the spatial design for the 24 houses.
There are twenty-four houses around an inner garden with a lawn where the laundry could be bleached.
Teylershof is still governed by regents, but the daily management is outsourced to a Haarlem housing association.
Photography is my biggest hobby/passion....
I photograph various subjects such as;
People/buildings/animals/flowers/holiday countries.
I am always looking for that special moment or building and make a nice composition of it...
