About "Spanish girl communicates with white horse"

About the artwork

Among thousands of Spanish partygoers, I wander around for hours. Spanish dresses in all colour combinations and elegant men's suits hypnotise me. The sun is high in the sky. People laugh exuberantly and dance to the rousing sounds of flamenco music. Children are sweet with pointy pink candyfloss in their hands.

I get carried away by the grand spectacle. There is so much to see that as a traveller it is easy to get overwhelmed. Horse and carriages pass by with beautiful people drinking champagne. Groups of horses with caballeros, Spanish riders in typical Andalusian flamenco costume, stand at the corner of the streets.

Suddenly my attention is caught by a girl with a long braid. On top of her head is a red carnation: the traditional and iconic flower worn by Spanish women during flamenco festivals. She is face to face with a snow-white horse. For a moment, they seem to have escaped from a fairy tale. She feeds the horse Spanish words. He bats his eyes flatteringly.

What are the delivery times?

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers, mainly UPS and DHL (Depending on the country where it is delivered, this may vary). Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
