I took this photo on the Beekhuizerzand near Harderwijk in the Veluwe. The Scots pine in the photo is one of a number of trees on the sand drift. When I took this picture there was a thin layer of snow on the sand drift, as you can see it was sunny when I took this picture even though there were some veil clouds. The veil gives some structure to the sky. I have chosen to convert this photo to sepia so it looks a bit older. This photo will look great in large format on the wall.
