Sun, sand and sea are the three words that come to mind at this location near San Jose, Almeria, Andalusia. You can then add peace and quiet, space, clean and overwhelmingly beautiful nature. No high-rises on the horizon, no audible traffic, jet skies chasing by on the waterline, just a wonderfully relaxing place because it is far away from the holiday crowds that flood Spain every year. Lovely walks along the bay, along the tide line under the rocks to the next bay, like on a necklace of beads, small secluded spots on the waterline all the time. Enjoying the sun and sea naked seems to be possible here, nobody is surprised. Smooth bodies, lived bodies, you meet them all.
San Jose, as well as other gems in the Cabo da Gata region, is a must for holidaymakers who also seek the splendour of unspoilt nature.
In the villages, small-scale holiday options at affordable prices, restaurants with plenty of fresh and authentic menu. A lovely region from which we returned home relaxed, with a head and heart full of beautiful memories.
