This photo of a red tulip I took in the backyard where this tulip is blooming. For this photo I used 2 reportage strobes with small soft boxes to lighten up the tulip, in post processing I adjusted a few things and removed annoying overexposed points. For this photo I chose to do it in portrait mode and took the tulip from the top, the choice to keep the background darker is to make the tulip pop out. You can still see the green leaves of other garden plants standing next to this red tulip. I liked the bright red color of this tulip for the wall, you have to love it. It is an eye-catcher for the wall.
