About "Mushrooms in autumn. Orange with white dots.Green with grey areas"

About the artwork

A mushroom is the fruiting body of many species of fungi (fungi). Mushrooms make up only a small part of the fungus, most of which is found in the soil in the form of fungal threads
The 'Orange with white dot globules is called "Viegenzwam"
From popular belief, the rapid growth habit, whimsical shapes and colours of mushrooms were often attributed to magic. Thus mushrooms were given names such as devil's egg, satan's boletus and witch's boletus. A witches' coven is a naturally occurring circle of mushrooms. The fungus reproduces underground and is usually larger than the mushroom itself.
The spore colour is white, a feature also common in other amanites. The transparent spores are globular to ovoid, amyloid (blue-coloured with iodine . The lamellae, on the other hand, turn pale lilac or pink).
One usually finds the green tuberous ammonite in deciduous forests, especially under oak, beech, hazel and chestnut trees. The mushroom occurs mainly from July to October
A mushroom of the species Agaricus bisporus and Agaricus bitorquis is an edible mushroom that has been fully established in the Netherlands since the 1970s. Mushrooms in the Netherlands are grown almost entirely in mushroom cells on a specially formulated culture medium
Furthermore, many fungi live in association with plants, absorbing minerals for trees, for example, and receiving sugars in return for their own nutrition.
