High water on the river IJssel near Gosrsel. Photographed in late December 2023. You can see from the red and green beacons at the heads of the groynes where the river normally has its bed. Everything else is flooded floodplains.

I started photography when I was fifteen, back in the days of rolls of film and darkrooms. Professionally, I like to photograph for companies, people working on something and also just customised photo shoots or just portraits.
My autonomous work consists of reportage, travel photography, nature photography including landscape, animals, weather and atmospheric phenomena and sometimes a little astrophotography. I mean the night sky, but without telescopes.
