This photo was taken in Haarlem.
The Gravestenenbrug is a drawbridge intended for pedestrians in the center of the city of Haarlem.
The current bridge dates from 1950 and served as a replacement for the bridge that had been around 600, and perhaps even 800, here in the same place.
The bridge connects the bank of the Korte Spaarne over the Binnen Spaarne with that of the Bakenessergracht.
Photography is my biggest hobby/passion....
