Cotopaxi volcano, south of Quito in Ecuador is one of the country's most famous volcanoes. This 5897-metre-high volcano has started smoking again since November 2022, just after I went on top of the volcano. From Cotopaxi you have a fantastic view of the entire national park, up to Quito and beyond.

I am Pascal van den Berg, born in 1993. After secondary school, I trained as a photographic designer. Ultimately, that did not become my job, but photography remains an important hobby. Travelling is another hobby, which of course combines well with photography.
