"Colourful close-up: Zeeland Knotweed from below" is a macro photo of a tiny flower of a Zeeland Knotweed. This little flower is called cream-white with green petals and the "flowers" (I think these are the stamens of the flower, but they look just like little flowers) in the heart are pink with green. The background is called an almost plain petrol coloured background. This makes the Zeeland Knot stand out from the background. When taking this photo, I chose a shallow depth of field. If you zoom in on the photo, you can see this. The leaves are blurred and the front stamens are sharp. This makes it look like you are peeking through the leaves. Kind of like a see-through view. A quiet but cheerful, colourful photo of a small piece of nature!
This work could hang beautifully as wall decoration in e.g. the waiting room, bedroom, hallway or of course just above the couch!
