Bonaire is home to many iguanas. They love it when the rainy season arrives and have plenty of water to drink and bathe in.
The iguana is a reptile you really must see if you visit Bonaire. The iguana on Bonaire can grow up to 1.5 metres long and weigh over 40 kg. As the Iguana on Bonaire in Washington Park is now used to people, you can get very close to the animals here.
