About "Black-tailed godwit in the meadow"

About the artwork

A drawing in the digital drawing programme Procreate of a godwit. The meadow bird is standing on a tree stump with a meadow in the background. In the distance, you can see a farm fence with some trees. Blue cloud sky with soft hues. In the grass you can see some yellow flowers.
The bird is standing on one leg and its retracted leg is visible. He looks at you sweetly with one eye.

With some imagination, the courtship call of the black-tailed godwit sounds like utto utto utto, which it calls in quick succession. This call is what gives the godwit its name.

The black-tailed godwit was a common meadow bird in the Netherlands in the 20th century, but has been in rapid decline since the turn of the century due to habitat loss. In 2015, the bird was chosen as a national bird species of the Netherlands.
I myself notice that there are fewer godwits. In fact, I never see or hear any in the meadows in my area anymore. I find that very unfortunate.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers, mainly UPS and DHL (Depending on the country where it is delivered, this may vary). Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
