This picture I made on the Beekhuizerzand near Harderwijk, it is even a training ground of defense. The stump what you see is a pine which grows more often on the Veluwe, it is near a viewpoint overlooking the sand drifts. To be able to make this picture I put my camera on a tripod and also used 2 reportage flash to this stump to light, the tripod where my camera was on the lowest position what the tripod could to come so close to the ground with the camera. Although I used 2 strobes, the shutter speed is fairly slow. When I took this picture it was still winter, as you can see it was cloudy. There was even quite a bit of wind when I took this picture. To get to this place I took my bike even though it is a bit of a bike ride.
