In this digital artwork, we see a watch, sleek in shape and shiny in metal, set against a bright red background with tears or blood. The watch is not just an instrument for measuring time, but a mirror of the world time in which we live. A symbol rises in the centre of the dial: a dove of peace, carried by open hands, and below it the words "PEACE NOW". The message is clear, urgent and universal: peace does not tolerate delay, peace is not a luxury of later, but a necessity of the present moment.
On the edge of the dial we read names: Ukraine, Israel, Africa. Three geographical designations that are not mere places here, but wounds in human history. They represent struggle, pain, and at the same time hope for healing. The choice of watch emphasises the pressure of time: every second counts, every minute without peace is a lost opportunity for humanity.
The hands, in their elegant but inexorable movement, suggest that time knows no compassion. Yet this timepiece seems to dwell on another truth: that peace is not just to be waited for, but a choice, an action, a collective decision. The bright red background reminds us of blood and violence, but also of passion, love and the fervent desire for change.
"Peace Now" is thus not a passive observation, but a call. It invites us to stop measuring time and fill it with actions that give substance to the word "peace". The time for peace is not tomorrow. The time for peace is now.
