In the summer of 2019, I was inspired by flowers. My house turned into a sea of flowers. Beautiful, new material for me; also very challenging, because as a photographer you have to adapt to the life cycle of every flower. I scoured markets, looking for the most beautiful flowers and special vases, composed bouquets and painted the background cloths myself, inspired by mystical skies.
In terms of lighting, I used natural incoming daylight, just like Rembrandt did in the 17th century.
