The North Sea coast takes on an almost poetic look in black and white, especially when horses tread the vast beach. Their silhouettes stand out sharply against the light sand and dark tones of the sea, creating a powerful and timeless image. The rhythm of their hooves blends with the rushing of the waves, as if nature and animals are one.
The North Sea itself shows itself in deep grey tones: foaming waves roll relentlessly towards the shore, while the wet sand mirrors both the horses and the sky above. In black and white, every detail becomes more intense - the tense muscles of the animals, the tracks disappearing in the surf, and the sheen of water droplets glowing in the light.
