Color Field Painting in Purple, Pink, Orange and Lilac
A layered abstract artwork in which color takes center stage. Large fields of purple, magenta pink, warm orange-yellow and soft lilac come together in a composition that feels both powerful and serene.

The intense pink and purple in the upper part create a warm, almost glowing background. In contrast, the expressive orange-yellow color field features visible brushstrokes, splashes and irregular edges. The light lilac at the bottom brings a sense of calm and provides a beautiful counterbalance. The different layers seem to float over one another, giving the artwork depth and a subtle landscape-like quality.

The work is inspired by the principles of Color Field Painting, in which color is not used to depict something specific but becomes the subject itself. The large areas of color evoke atmosphere and emotion, while the painterly textures give the artwork a contemporary and vibrant character.

The combination of warm and cool tones makes this abstract painting a striking focal point in a modern, colorful or eclectic interior. Beautiful in a large format above a sofa, dining table or sideboard, but equally suited as a colorful statement in an office, hallway or bedroom.
