Tulip field in Hillegom Tulips are an iconic flower that originated in Central Asia and were brought to the Netherlands in the 16th century. Since then, tulips have become an important part of Dutch culture and economy. Every year, millions of tulip bulbs are planted in the famous tulip fields and the flowers are exported to all parts of the world. Tulips come in many colours, sizes and shapes, from plain to striped and from single-flowered to filled. They bloom in spring and provide a cheerful palette of colours in gardens and parks. Tulips are loved not only for their beauty, but also for their symbolic meaning. They represent love, forgiveness, humility and perfection. Although tulips are best known in the Netherlands, they are also grown and appreciated in other places. Tulips are one of the most popular flowers in the world and are often used at weddings, birthdays and other special occasions. In short, tulips are not only beautiful flowers, but also an important cultural and economic symbol.

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
