Traditional wine growing near the village of Dürnstein in the Wachau region of Austria. The first evidence of viticulture in the Wachau dates back to the time of the Romans. They also laid the foundation for the cultivation of wine in this area. Today, mainly grape varieties such as Grüner Veltliner are cultivated. The region is also very popular with tourists. I myself was the first time in Dürnstein and took the pictures during a shore excursion on a boat trip on the Danube.
