About the artwork

The warrior for freedom is a figure deeply rooted in history and culture. The Viking is a symbol of bravery, strength and independence. These warriors were known for their adventurousness and courage to travel the world and push their boundaries. Their journeys took them to distant lands and brought them wealth and knowledge. But the Vikings were not only brave explorers, they were also fighters for freedom. In a time when kingdoms and empires ruled the world, the Vikings stood for an independent way of life characterised by freedom and self-determination. In a world where freedom and independence are becoming increasingly important, the Viking can serve as an inspiration. The attitude that you can achieve anything if you are willing to work hard and take risks is one that is still relevant today. We can learn from the Vikings that it is important to pursue our dreams and not let external influences or limiting factors stop us. By remembering the Vikings' attitude and being aware of their dedication and bravery, we can inspire ourselves and set out on the path towards our goals.

What are the delivery times?

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

Is your order a gift for someone? We can create you a gift voucher that displays the artwork(s) you ordered, so you have something to give while the artwork is being printed. Just send us an e-mail and we’ll take care of it.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers, mainly UPS and DHL (Depending on the country where it is delivered, this may vary). Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
