I took this photo on the estate 't Sol near Garderen in the Veluwe. If you look closely, you can see the mill of Garderen in the distance, I think it is a corn mill which stands on the edge of the village. By the way, the mill in Garderen is called Molen De Hoop, a name that many mills in the Netherlands have. When I took this photo I was standing on a hill overlooking the village of Garderen, where I was standing there was also a stone bench. I did choose to take this photo standing up so that you are drawn to the view. Even though it had just been spring and the weather was nice, the deciduous trees were still bare. You can also see some rhododendron bushes in this photo, you can even see a footpath that I also walked on. For this photo I used 5 photos with different exposures and afterwards merged them into 1 HDR photo, I had even put my camera on a tripod and also used a remote control. Because this photo is an HDR, you can see that the sky is blue with veil clouds but also the details like the windmill in the distance while in the shadows you can also see all sorts of things.
