During a visit to the Zuiderzee Museum in Enkhuizen, I walked through the village streets, which still look like they used to.
Even the houses still look like they used to and in some of them there are people in period costumes.
At the front door of one of these houses, I saw this basket of winter vegetables freshly picked from the vegetable garden.
The dewdrops can still be seen on the vegetables.
I thought it really was an old Dutch picture to see and in the back of my mind came the thought that a photo of this scene would not be out of place in a restaurant or kitchen.
Hence, I took this picture of it.
