So we all have our dreams is a painting made with acrylic paint using mainly the pallet knife. When I start painting I can't really stop, the drive to keep going is great. During the process of painting, the colours come into being. These cats or cats in the bed all dream differently just like humans. About fish or mice, but winning the first prize in the state lottery is everyone's favourite. This work of art with humour is intended for cheerful people. It is painted for the dining table or dining room, but don't let that stop you from hanging it anywhere else. Intended for the cat lover and for anyone who wants something different. Place this painting in a rather dull and neat interior.... This will certainly give it a boost. It is also a joy for the children's room.

Loekie Grijspaardt was born in Scheveningen (1958) and feels very much at home in The Hague. As a child, she started drawing mandelas. With the advent of felt-tip pens in the early 1960s, her father had to hide them because they were unaffordable at the time. The intense colours were the beginning of her inspiration. While her children were growing up, there was little time for creativity. She was able to express herself in the frame-making shop which she started at a young…

What are the delivery times?

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

Is your order a gift for someone? We can create you a gift voucher that displays the artwork(s) you ordered, so you have something to give while the artwork is being printed. Just send us an e-mail and we’ll take care of it.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers, mainly UPS and DHL (Depending on the country where it is delivered, this may vary). Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
