About "The three bridges..."

About the artwork

This photo is made in Rotterdam,

On the photo are the three most important and most famous bridges of Rotterdam.
The Red Bridge is; The Willemsbrug is a bridge over the Nieuwe Maas in the center of Rotterdam. The bridge connects the right bank of the Nieuwe Maas with the Noordereiland. The current bridge is the second Willemsbrug.

Left in the photo is; De Hef is the popular name of the Koningshaven Bridge, a disused railway lift bridge over the Koningshaven in Rotterdam, which separates the Noordereiland from the Feijenoord district. The bridge formed part of the Breda - Rotterdam railway line.

And in the background; The Erasmus Bridge is next to the Willemsbrug the second bridge over the Nieuwe Maas in the center of Rotterdam in the Port of Rotterdam and is named after the Dutch priest and humanist Erasmus.

What are the delivery times?

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
