The military macaw is a medium-sized macaw that gets its name from its predominantly green plumage resembling a military parade uniform, native to the forests of South America and although considered vulnerable in the wild, it is still commonly found in the pet trade.
Military macaws are usually green with light blue and yellow battle and tail feathers and a bright red patch on their forehead. Their face is bare and white in colour with black stripes. The large strong beak is grey-black and the iris is yellow, with all-black beak and generally darker colour, which I have constructed in my self-designed mixed medium artwork technique with all creative art insights, using mainly acrylic paint, papier-mâché on canvas and hardboard, dimensions height 40 cm x width 40 cm x thickness 2.5 cm, produced in the year 2022.
The military macaw is well applied within my art technique because of, that the whole facial shape has a beautiful image with sight and tactile forms of all elements, standing out through the many beautiful art-like details and colour pattern, referring to my photorealistic, figurative feelings and love for Flora and fauna.
With this artwork, I statically bring this Macaw into your possession, for you interaction mentality of this bird species, and thus as an owner of this artwork, you become a gregarious companion of the macaw, because this bird is not a pet you can buy and ignore.
The quality of this self-designed art technique retains its value under all weather conditions.
