Tips for use

Point your camera at the floor or a piece of furniture first, then move it slowly up towards the wall. A bare white wall is hard for your phone to recognise.
Move your phone gently from side to side. Holding it still or waving it around quickly does not help.
Make sure there is enough light. In a dark room your phone has nothing to lock onto.
The artwork appears at its true size, so you cannot scale it in AR. Want a different size? Close AR and pick the size on the product page.
Still nothing? Open this page in Chrome or Safari. AR does not work in the browser of apps such as Instagram or Facebook.

Beta feature. You need an AR-capable device (a recent iPhone/iPad or Android). The AR view is only an indication; colour, size and finish may differ in reality.

About ‘The historic reading room in Norddeich’ by Catrin Grabowski

Amidst the swaying, golden-brown dune grass stands the striking, brick-red reading room in Norddeich, with its distinctive pyramid-shaped roof and the lattice windows running all the way round. A simple boardwalk, with a faintly visible chain barrier, gently guides the eye through the dune landscape towards the historic building, whilst the clear, cloudless spring sky lends the scene a sense of tranquil lightness. The warm evening light bathes the dune grass in a rich golden hue and makes the traditional building appear particularly inviting. Taken on the promenade in Norddeich, Aurich district, Lower Saxony, this image depicts a popular landmark of the East Frisian coast.

A charming wall hanging for anyone who loves maritime architecture and dune landscapes.
