Imagine you are sailing on a voyage in the Caribbean. At anchor in a different place every day. In a bay or close to shore. And the next day (or the day after) onwards, heading to another part of an island or to the next island. One of the favourite starting and finishing points for these voyages is the port of Le Marin in Martinique. And just before you get there, you can anchor one last time in a sheltered spot in the bay, and while you're there you have a chance to see this image. A calm sea, sailboats coming in with lowered sails and a beautiful setting sun - a dreamy farewell to the Caribbean. A great place to reflect on the voyage and enjoy one more jump in the water, a wine on deck or just sit back and watch the sun disappear.
Until next time.
