Sometimes you have those sunrises that just don't seem to get going. Or actually it's not the sunrise but yourself.
It was searching for a place on the beach that would do justice to the patterns in the foreground. But also to the Cap Blanc-Nez and beautiful clouds.
Then some urgency is necessary. Because the light and color in the clouds does not stay beautiful forever. The light also created a special color and reflection in the sand.
This photo was taken with a shutter speed of 5 minutes. This made the high clouds fade a little more.
For anyone who has ever been to the Opal Coast, this will be a familiar image. The warm and cool tones contrast and add depth to the photo.
