This winter day in Breda began with breathtaking scenes of fog that the sun tried to break through.
By mid-morning, there was still a lot of moisture in the air, while the sun had now been given plenty of room.
At the Spanjaardsgat, the interplay of sun and mist gave a beautiful glow over the cityscape.
The windless weather created a clear reflection in the water of the characteristic Grote Kerk. It was waiting for the right moment to also catch some life in this spectacle. A Cormorant in the distance next to the church tower completed the picture.
